About the Development
Green House Cottages of Carmel will consist of six cottages that are each 8,000 square feet with 12 private bedrooms including private bathrooms and showers. Homes will also include a family-style hearth room with an open kitchen and dining area.
While licensed as a skilled nursing facility, the six cottages are designed to look like the single family homes in the surrounding neighborhood. Homes feature high vaulted ceilings in the hearth rooms of each cottage, windows and natural light throughout the homes, granite surfaces, and solid wood doors.
