OVERVIEW
Timeline:
Completed the 1st phase of work in early 2021 and completed phase 1 in summer of 2021. Phase two estimated to wrap in summer 2022.
Scope:
Included footings and slab on a 30,000 SF footprint. Also included foundations and slab for a maintenance building and dumpster pad, as well as the site concrete package (sidewalks and curbs.)
Due to pricing and performance from phase 1 of the project, we won phase 2. Phase 2 will mirror the scope of phase 1. Work is underway with an anticipated completion date of summer 2022.
