1st on Main is located in downtown Carmel’s Art & Design District. The development is mixed-use featuring all new apartments, office buildings, and public access parking. This unique space required our team to navigate tight quarters and coordinate with other teams on the job site. Overall, our team executed the project within the designated budget and timeline.
