Open Doors has been a valued partner over the years and continues to be a way that Custom Concrete gives back to the community.
Our team was honored and excited to serve when they told us about the opportunity to lay the foundation of their facility extension.
Kara Bromund, Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, volunteered to spend her afternoon out with the team laying the groundwork. She emphasized,
“Growing up in Hamilton County my entire life, giving back to the community has always been a significant priority to our family. It was a humbling experience to know that I was giving my time to help them serve twice as many community members.”
Kara went on to say that looking for a company that supported her values was a key factor in the decision to work here. She continued,
“Custom Concrete has aligned with my values; it’s not just donating without involvement. I really wanted a company that gets out there to work alongside the community and I feel like that Custom Concrete goes above and beyond in this aspect.”
